Brockenchack Wines sells and delivers alcohol in accordance with Australian liquor laws and our applicable liquor licence. You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the person receiving the delivery is also at least 18. Valid photo ID may be required on delivery. Alcohol will not be supplied or delivered to minors or to any person where supply would breach liquor laws.

Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA): Liquor must not be supplied to persons under 18.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order where age, identity, licence, delivery or legal compliance requirements cannot be met.

Nothing in this notice limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
