Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines purchase options, subscription terms, and cancellation procedures for Brockenchack Wines.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases are charged in full at the time of checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Subscription Purchases

Brockenchack Wines offers subscription-based products that provide recurring wine deliveries or curated selections on monthly and yearly terms.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are opting in to a recurring billing arrangement

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected frequency

  • Payment will be charged to your nominated payment method at each renewal

  • Subscription pricing, inclusions, and delivery frequency are disclosed at the time of purchase

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be managed using the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase.

Through this email, customers can:

  • View upcoming orders

  • Update delivery details

  • Pause or cancel their subscription

Subscription Cancellation

To avoid being charged for a renewal, subscriptions must be cancelled before the next scheduled billing date.

Customers may cancel their subscription by either:

  • Using the subscription management link provided in their order confirmation email, or

  • Contacting Brockenchack Wines directly to request cancellation assistance

If you contact us, please allow reasonable time for processing prior to the next billing date.

Processed Orders & Refunds

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched:

  • It cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • Any future cancellations will apply only to upcoming orders

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process payment again or suspend future deliveries until valid payment details are provided.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Brockenchack Wines reserves the right to update subscription pricing, inclusions, or delivery schedules. Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes.
