Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice

  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping locations, costs, and delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

All alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 years or over to receive the order and may require valid photo identification.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of alcohol products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Where applicable, subscription and membership products:

  • Automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date

  • Are charged to the nominated payment method

  • Cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order has been processed or dispatched

Membership and subscription benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.
