Shipping Locations

We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability and costs vary depending on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, courier, and external factors. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or courier disruptions.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring alcohol imports comply with local laws and regulations

  • Brockenchack Wines is not responsible for orders delayed, refused, or seized by customs authorities

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser

Alcohol Delivery & Age Verification

All wine deliveries:

  • Require an adult aged 18 years or over to receive the order

  • Cannot be left unattended

  • May require valid photo identification upon delivery

If no eligible recipient is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or direct the order to a collection point.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure shipping details are correct at checkout. Brockenchack Wines is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
