At Brockenchack Wines, we take pride in the quality of every bottle we produce and ship. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
