Rich. Savoury. Structured.

Once widely planted throughout the Eden Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon has become increasingly rare in the region. Miss Bronte Cabernet Sauvignon is our way of honouring both the variety and the local folklore that surrounds it.

Named after our eldest granddaughter, Bronte, this wine was crafted to be enjoyed on any day with a “y” in it — generous, expressive, and unapologetically satisfying.

Fruit-driven and expressive, the wine opens with lifted aromatics of ripe black fruits, subtle sage and a gentle oak backdrop. With time in the glass, leafy and savoury notes emerge, adding complexity and depth. On the palate, cassis and blackcurrant lead, supported by soft cocoa and fine herbal characters. Structured tannins provide grip and length, delivering a dry, confident finish.

Matured in French oak hogsheads for 12 months, this Cabernet balances richness with restraint — equally suited to immediate enjoyment or careful cellaring.
