Great Scott Sparkling Shiraz is a tribute to Scott Pollock — our late son-in-law, husband to Trudi, and father to Jack and Charli. Scott will forever be part of our family, and as this was one of his favourite wines, we think of him every time we raise a glass.

Sparkling Shiraz is a uniquely Australian wine style, and one we’re proud to share. Crafted in the Eden Valley, this wine is made with modern tastes and life’s celebrations in mind — vibrant, expressive, and full of character. Produced in limited quantities, it remains one of the rarest expressions from the region.

From the first pour, the wine comes alive with bright pink effervescence. Aromas of raspberry and cinnamon lift from the glass, leading into a lively, textural palate. Waves of apple, blackcurrant, and plum follow, layered with strawberry mousse and a touch of dark chocolate for a generous, lingering finish.
