Named after Trevor’s mother, Magdalena Martha, it’s a sentimental nod to Lena’s daily 5pm ‘butcher’ of port — a tradition of slowing down and savouring the moment.

With time in the glass, our Tawny opens to rich notes of preserved fruits and Christmas pudding, layered with natural sweetness, gentle nuttiness, and soft wood spices. Time in oak has softened every contour, creating a harmonious, graceful richness that invites slow sipping.

Perfect for after dinner, by candlelight, or beside a crackling fire. Enjoy with matured cheeses like an aged cheddar, dark chocolate desserts, or tiramisu.
