Named after the zip line cable that runs through our vineyard — a source of endless laughter across generations — Zip Line Shiraz is all about enjoyment. Like the ride itself, this wine delivers a smooth, confident journey from first pour to final glass.

Sourced from our Eden Valley single vineyard, this Shiraz brings together fruit from two generations of vines. Older vines, averaging around 60 years of age, contribute depth, structure, and complexity, while younger vines planted in 2008 bring freshness, vibrancy, and lift. The result is a beautifully balanced wine that captures both power and finesse.

A restrained approach to oak allows the fruit to take centre stage, revealing ripe plum and dark berry flavours layered with subtle notes of chocolate and vanilla. Fine, confident tannins provide excellent structure, making this wine vibrant on release while rewarding careful cellaring.
